Hello There!

Roger Mallon and Bob Entler have been co-hosting A Great Day Outdoors for 17 years, beginning with a 1/2 hour radio show in 1990 on WEEU-AM/830 in Reading, and in 1997, they  add two more radio stations  and launched A Great Day Outdoors TV which ran for eight years in eastern Pennsylvania, western New Jersey and southern New York and is now an exclusive WEB-TV production.
    In 2001, Roger launced his "Fishin' Kitchen" TV which continues to entertain and inform his viewing audience on the air and via the WEB

Roger Mallon...
is a full-time outdoor writer, TV and radio producer.  His Uncle Al taught him how to fish while growing up in Michigan.  He began hunting in 1993.  
  In addition to hosting and producing A Great Day Outdoors radio and the Fishin' Kitchen TV program, Roger manages the outdoors pages of the Sunday Reading Eagle in Reading, PA and provides a weekly hunting and fishing report in the Eagle on Fridays.
  He also provides a weekly televised outdoor report on "Comcast Tonight", a Reading Comcast production. 
  Roger and his wife, Cathy, have two grown sons, Rob and Jeff, a grandson, Evan and a granddaughter, Molly.

 

Bob Entler...
is a self-employed carpenter and homebuilder specializing in timber-frame construction.  He is a talented musician, singer and an avid outdoor enthusiast.
 Bob loves trout fishing best, but lately has been targeting bass in local tournaments.
  His favorite hunting is archery, and a few years ago he shot a 10-point buck that measured 147 P&Y.

Roger and Bob both are members of the Pennsylvania Outdoor Writers Association.
